Rum 500ml

This first limited release of our Rum has been resting for five years. Influenced firstly by a New American Oak cask, followed by a Bourbon cask then to finish it was decanted into a PX cask that had previously held a whey stout for 8 months.

There are 150 500ml bottles of this release, sitting at 45% abv.

Every delicious drop is fermented, distilled, aged and hand-bottled in Lutruwita/Tasmania.
